How it works
You tell us what happened. We handle the rest.
RefundFlightWiFi exists because chasing an airline over $20 of broken WiFi isn't worth your afternoon. It is worth ours.
- 01
Show us what happened.
Upload screenshots, your WiFi receipt, and your flight information. Two minutes on your phone is enough.
The most useful evidence is a screenshot taken during the outage with the time visible, plus the purchase record showing what you paid and who charged you.
- 02
We review your claim.
We review your evidence and determine where the refund request should be sent.
Sometimes the airline sold you the session; sometimes a connectivity provider billed your card directly. Working that out is part of the job.
- 03
We handle the claim.
We prepare the request, submit it, and track the response.
You don't write the email, chase a support queue, or keep a case number in your notes app. We keep you updated as things move.
- 04
You get your money back.
If money is recovered, RefundFlightWiFi charges a 10% success fee. If nothing is recovered, you pay $0.
The refund itself is issued by the airline or provider to your original payment method. We charge our fee separately, and only after we confirm the money arrived.
What we can't promise
We are not a law firm, we are not insurance, and we can't guarantee any particular outcome. Airlines and connectivity providers each handle refund requests their own way.
What we can promise is that you pay nothing unless money is actually recovered, and that we tell you honestly when we don't think a claim is worth pursuing.
